It’s been two months since Season 2 of Battlefield 6 started, and fans might be wondering what’s next.
While EA hasn’t revealed anything about Season 3, a recent datamine has revealed some of the weapons, gadgets and maps that are ingrained in the game’s files.
Nothing has been announced, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the unreleased content spotted in the game’s files are for Season 3.

- GOLMUD RAILWAY – Officially announced
WEAPONS
- L115A3 – Bolt-Action Rifle
- RPK-74M – LMG
- M16A3 – Assault Rifle
- PP-19 VITYAZ – SMG
GADGETS
- MOBILE JAMMER – Recon Gadget
- ARTILLERY STRIKE – Battle Pickup
- SMOKE SCREEN – Battle Pickup
- JAGM STRIKE – Battle Royale Call-In
GAME MODES
- OBLITERATION – Teams must secure a bomb to arm and destroy the enemy M-COM stations.
- INFILTRATION – A two-phase infiltration mode (collect & hunt) involving high-value targets.
- ALLIANCES GAUNTLET – A new spin on existing Gauntlet game modes.
Bear in mind, all the items listed above (save for Golmud Railway) are all unannounced and unconfirmed. Same with any datamined info, some of these could be placeholder content or stuff that the devs tinkered on and refrained from putting into the game. However, odds are, these are items that will be added down the road, since there’s bound to be a reason why DICE would add them now, no?
