Beyond Good & Evil – 20th Anniversary Edition Update 1.02 Drops for Fixes This July 4
Ubisoft has pushed out Beyond Good & Evil – 20th Anniversary Edition update 1.02 (PS5 version 1.002), and given this is a remaster of a classic, don’t expect any new content outside of fixes to be added in. Read on for what’s new in the patch notes.
Beyond Good & Evil – 20th Anniversary Edition Update 1.02 Patch Notes:
Here’s what’s new according to Ubisoft:
- General stability improvements.
Yep, that’s about it. For those not familiar with the game, Beyond Good & Evil was released back in 2003 by Ubisoft under game director Michael Ancel (Rayman). It has since garnered cult classic status, and its sequel is still under development and has passed Duke Nukem Forever as the longest game still in active development in history.
The 20th Anniversary Edition of the game not only brings back the classic gameplay, but it improves upon it with 4K resolution at 60 frames-per-second, numerous quality of life improvements, an Anniversary Gallery, a Speedrun Mode, 20+ new achievements and even a new treasure hunt.
