Just a few days ago, Treyarch released the first big patch for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War that fixed a few bugs, and hoisted a lot of weapon changes onto the table. If you’re a sniper in the game, you’ll be glad to know that a Black Ops Cold War sniper buff is incoming!

This was revealed by Call of Duty Game Designer Tony Flame, who tweeted the two images as the “next order of business:”

As you can see, that’s a sniper rifle on the in-game display rack as well as someone “buffing” a car.
Flame also gave some insight on the buff and nerf decisions from the studio, and mentioned how time-to-kill (TTK) is king!
A little insight into the core of "Buff" or "Nerf" decisions. Time-To-Kill (TTK) is king, it's paramount to preserve the best TTK experience across weapons over time. When a weapon far exceeds that baseline, we must nerf it to respect the TTK, and likewise buff to get it there.

Chances are, we’ll see this patch come either this week with the Nuketown map drop, or in the game’s first season set for launch in December.
Would you want to see a Black Ops Cold War sniper buff or are they fine as they are now?
