Sequel to 2021’s Blasphemous, Blasphemous 2 has finally gotten a release date for August 24, 2023. The release date announcement for Blasphemous 2 is accompanied by the key features and a trailer for the upcoming Metroidvania title. Find out more below.

In Blasphemous 2, players step into the shows of the Penitent One to explore a strange world, defeat monstrosities, and try their best to stop the prophecy from coming to pass. Blasphemous 2 will feature three unique weapons that players can acquire and master. Alongside the weapons, an enhanced skillset is also available for the players to choose from and use these tools to determine the fate of everyone standing in their way. On your way to the end, make sure to pick up pieces of scattered lore to make your journey more memorable.
