BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle and Guilty Gear Strive are Coming to Xbox and Game Pass in 2023

Guilty Gear Strive BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Xbox Game Pass

Xbox has been hard at work to get major Japanese IPs to launch on their console. Today, Arc System Works revealed that two of their titles, namely BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle and Guilty Gear Strive, are heading to Xbox and Game Pass.

The announcement was made at Microsoft’s Tokyo Game Show event earlier today, revealing that Arc System Works’ renowned 2D fighting games will be ported to Xbox Series and Xbox One.

None of these titles are new, Guilty Gear Strive was released last year, and BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle launched over three years ago. However, these titles were console exclusives to PlayStation and never received an Xbox port, until now.

Guilty Gear Strive and BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle will launch on Xbox Game Pass in Spring 2023 for consoles and PC. Other Game Pass announcements revealed at Microsoft’s show include Deathloop and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Stay tuned to MP1st for more reveals throughout the Tokyo Game Show 2022!
