505 Games has just announced the new Bloodstained Ritual of the Night upcoming update 14 details. The update will introduce a new boss area with a new prize for those who succeed in defeating the Guardian Dragon.
Bloodstained Ritual of the Night Upcoming Update 14 Overview:
The new boss area is inspired by the 2012 award-winning game, thegamecompany’s Journey. The new area will be known as The Tunnel and will have a similar level design to Journey but with a Bloodstained twist of its own.
The Tunnel will require much exploration and navigation abilities. Once the players make their way through this maze, their battle with the Guardian Dragon will commence. If and when players defeat this new boss, they can expect to be rewarded with a special equipable item that is also inspired by the Journey 2012 game.
This Bloodstained Ritual of the Night upcoming update 14 also includes the following bug fixes and changes:
- New playable Area for Miriam to explore based on Journey, thatgamecompany’s critically acclaimed game, with a unique boss fight and new item for Miriam to equip
- Fixed an issue with save and warp rooms randomizing when option was set to unchanged in Randomizer
- Fixed an issue with a timestamp error on Nintendo Switch version
- Fixed an issue where commands displayed is not updated for the custom controller configuration.
- General bug fixing
