Yesterday, developers Infinity Ward gave us a first look at what the next generation of Call of Duty is all about, revealing some exciting gameplay sequences including underwater battles and K9 espionage.

As a bit of an added bonus, Infinity Ward has also revealed to us a few of the new visual techniques being utilized in their latest engine, including displacement mapping, Sub-D, HDR, volumetric lighting, and real-time ADSR.
