Call of Duty: WWII Broken Quickdraw Fix Is Something That Shouldn’t Even Exist

If you’ve played past Call of Duty games before, then you know how the Quickdraw gun attachment works. You press the aim-down-sights (ADS) button, and you snap to it as fast as possible in the game. Unfortunately, the gun attachment is bugged in Call of Duty: WWII since the beta, and has carried over to the final version of the game.

Well, people seems to have found a fix! Albeit, one that shouldn’t even be needed in the first place. Check out the two videos below for it. One from YouTuber TheXclusive Ace, and another from pro gamer “Parasite.”

According to TheXclusiveAce, a “simple” fix is not breaking sprint when aiming down sights, pull back on the left analog stick slightly or stop moving forward, and then engage your ADS, and then fire.

There’s another fix, and that involves using the Gunslinger Basic Training skill, and hip fire into ADS as you’re coming out of sprint. Watch the videos above to see how it looks like.

Honestly, it’s a fix that shouldn’t be there in the first place, no? Let’s hope Sledgehammer Games includes the fix for it in next week’s patch.

Don’t forget to check out our COD: WWII review where we talk extensively about multiplayer, and give our feature a go where we list down the most important multiplayer fixes Sledgehammer needs to do.
