While we’re still three months away from the official release of the Dead Space Remake, it seems that EA and Motive Studio are about to ramp up marking, as our first true look at Dead Space Remake gameplay is just right around the corner.
It has been a bit of a busy week for Dead Space fans, as EA Motive, the studio behind the remake, teased players with a rather interesting, and cryptic message.

Well, unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long afterwards for the community to band together to solve this, revealing the full image to be a scannable QR code.

And where does this QR code lead to? To a mysterious Instagram user called “thebench,” which upon inspecting, reveals that this first puzzle is actually just part one of a twelve part puzzle!
What’s more, clicking on the user’s Instagram stories reveals a teaser video, confirming that we will be getting a gameplay reveal for the Dead Space Remake on October 4!
That’s next week, how exciting! We cannot wait to see the game in action, and hopefully it’s as impressive as the visuals are as seen in the latest Dead Space Remake screenshots.
Dead Space will be available this January 27, 2023 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
