Destiny 2 Down for Server Maintenance and Patch 7.1.0.2 Release This June 13 (Update 3)

Guardians seeing Destiny 2 down reports this June 13, there’s nothing wrong with the game, as Bungie has taken the servers down for maintenance where we’ll also see patch 7.1.0.2 released.

Destiny 2 Down and Server Maintenance Schedule for June 13:

Update 3: Bungie has said that Destiny 2 should be coming online shortly, as they’ve identified the issues causing the outage.

We have located the issues causing today’s delayed deployment and Destiny 2 should be coming online shortly. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Update 2: Bungie has mentioned that the maintenance has been extended but has given no ETA on when it will be back up.

7:00 AM PDT	-7 UTC	Destiny 2 will undergo maintenance. Sign-on and game integration features will be unavailable on web, mobile, 3rd-party apps, and the Bungie Store. Players who observe issues should report to the #Help forum.
8:15 AM PDT	-7 UTC	Destiny 2 will be brought offline for expected maintenance. Players will be removed from activities and won’t be able to log back in until 10 AM PDT. Ongoing Destiny maintenance is expected to conclude at 11 AM PDT.
10:00 AM PDT	-7 UTC	Update 7.1.0.2 will be available across all platforms and regions. Players will be able to log back into Destiny 2. Players logging into the game may be placed in a queue and may experience sign-on issues as background maintenance is still ongoing. Clan features may remain offline until maintenance is complete.
11:00 AM PDT	-7 UTC	Destiny 2 maintenance is expected to conclude. Console players who encounter issues updating to 7.1.0.2 should restart their console and try downloading the Update. Players who observe issues should report to the #Help forum.
