Diablo 4 Down on September 15 With Login Error 3000008 as New Season Rolls Out
Today, Blizzard Entertainment pushed out Diablo 4’s Season of Hell’s Legacy content update, and this should be a time where everyone logs in and checks out what’s new, right?
Unfortunately, there’s a slight hiccup, as players from across all platforms are seeing Diablo 4 servers down, and something is preventing them from connecting.
This is something Blizzard has acknowledged, thankfully.
Diablo 4 Servers Down Blemishing Season of Hell’s Legacy Launch
Players have reported server outages today, since the patch dropped, with gamers seeing login error 3000008.
Over on X (formerly Twitter), Blizzard said, “We’re aware of an issue preventing some players from accessing Diablo IV. The team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.”
The studio adds, “We appreciate your patience and will share updates as soon as they are available.”
So far, no timetable has been given as to when the servers will be sorted out, but it shouldn’t take long. If ever this downtime is extended, we’ll update the article to reflect it.
In other Diablo news, Diablo 5 was announced this past weekend, though it also meant that Diablo 4 won’t be getting any story expansions moving forward.
