DNF Duel Update 1.05 Released for Online Fixes This August 19

Arc System Works has released DNF Duel update 1.05, and this is to fix the game’s online connectivity issues more than anything else. If you were expecting a balance patch, sadly, this isn’t it. Read on for what’s new in the DNF Duel August 19 patch notes.

Arc System Works has confirmed that the patch was for online connectivity issues. Here’s the message from the devs via the official DNF Duel Twitter account (translated from JP):

PS4 version, PS5 version DNF Duel had a problem that prevented you from using the online mode, but we have fixed it and will deliver an update.

That’s about it. The patch released yesterday also didn’t bring any gameplay balance changes that we’re aware of, though it seems to have broken the game’s online mode for more than a day.
