Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Update 2.11

Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer CyberConnect2 have released Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot update 2.11 for both last-gen and current-gen platforms. With no expansion announced to be brought in, don’t expect anything from this update outside of fixes. Read on for the DBZ Kakarot update version 1.020.010 (PS5) patch notes.

Update: The patch for today adds a special sub story called “Legendary Super Satan.”

So far, Bandai Namco has not acknowledged the patch just yet, though we’re hoping that changes soon. Some of the bugs still present in the game include:

  • “You do not have enough space to save the game” bug (mostly happening on PC)
  • Game crashing at cutscene in Buu saga from Time Machine (via Popular_Emu8021)
  • Card Warriors crashing on PS5
  • Nimbus Cloud crashing issue on consoles

So far, that’s about it. No word on whether today’s patch fixes these issues, but we certainly hope so. Once we know more, we’ll update the article with the info. The last update for the game was back in February, and this was to usher in the “Goku’s Next Journey” DLC.

Played DBZ Kakarot on PS4 and the PS5 upgrade and have never experienced any crashing during any playthrough.
