Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 New Update 1.51/1.004.002 Released on December 17
Bandai Namco and Dimps have released Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 update 1.51/1.004.002 on all platforms on December 17, and this is an unannounced title update for the fighting game.
Given we just received the Future Saga Chapter 3 update two months ago, don’t expect anything major from this patch outside of bug fixes.
Read on for the known bug fixes included in today’s patch.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Update on December 17 Focuses on Fixes
So far, Bandai Namco has not said anything about today’s patch just yet, though we’re hoping that changes within the day.
One community member mentioned that this fixed Broly’s (DBS version) voice, though we can’t confirm that right now. Outside of that, we’re expecting bug fixes to be applied.
The Steam version’s updated files is as follows:
- Modified EasyAntiCheat/Certificates/base.bin (-21 B)
- Modified bin/DBXV2.exe (-2.50 KiB)
- Modified bin/render_pass_x64.dll (+512 B)
- Modified bin/xgcore.dll (+1.00 KiB)
- Modified cpk/data.cpk
- Modified cpk/data0.cpk (-172.97 KiB)
- Modified cpk/data1.cpk
- Modified cpk/data2.cpk
As you can see, it’s a minor patch and no new data has been added. If we get more news on what got fixed, we’ll update the article with the info.
For players who find a thing or two that got fixed or changed, leave a comment below and let us know.
The latest Dragon Ball game that got patched was Dragon Ball FighterZ, which received a balance update two weeks ago.
