Exoprimal Update 1.30

Capcom has released Exoprimal update 1.30 (PS5 update version 1.003), which brings the Monster Hunter collab into the game, a new map, a new final mission and more! Read on for the complete Exoprimal Title Update 3 patch notes for January 18 below.

New Season Begins

Exoprimal Season 3 will begin alongside the release of the Title Update.

The Survival Pass rewards for this upcoming season will be different.
Also, you can purchase the Premium Tier to receive special rewards with your Season 3 Survival Pass.

There will also be New Year and Chocolate Campaigns taking place during this season, as well as a Double EXP Campaign.

Eliminate the Neo Triceratops

Neo Triceratops is a neosaur comparable in power to Neo T. Rex and Durban.
Work in groups of up to 10 fighters to take it down.
Introducing Beta variant exosuits!

The weapons equipped to these Beta variant series sport different attributes from your conventional exosuits, changing up the way you handle yourself in battle.

These Beta variant series can be purchased with BikCoins once the Alpha variant series suit reaches level 10.

New rigs have been added.

Stealth

These new rigs can be purchased with BikCoins once you reach the required player level.

New Modules have been added.

Base Module

Hi-Xol Reusable Module
The Overdrive Gauge will charge when Overdrive is used.

This module revolves around Overdrives.
The gauge won’t empty out even when an Overdrive is used, enabling you to fire off the next Overdrive even sooner.

Durban Module
This module lets you fire at enemies as tenaciously as Durban himself.
Grants a boost to attack power and movement speed upon respawning after a knockout. The enemy fighter that previously defeated you will also be detected.

This module offers enhanced support for direct combat against enemy fighters.
Not only will you respawn in a powered up state after being defeated, but the targeted enemy will be visible to all allies.

Action Modules

D – Compact Grenade
Adds 1 additional use for the Rifle Grenade and reduces it cooldown time in exchange for a smaller explosion range and less damage.

This module alters the properties of the Deadeye Rifle Grenade.
The Rifle Grenade can be used more frequently, amplifying Deadeye’s overall adaptability even higher.

S – Graviton Echo
Generates a shockwave with powerful suction when your primary attack hits the gravity cluster of the Graviton Cage.

This module alters the properties of the Skyline Graviton Cage.
When combined with your primary attack, it grants better control over enemies caught inside of the Graviton Cage.

Other Modules have been added.
The new Base Modules and Action Modules change how the default and Alpha Variant series Exosuits do battle.

These new Modules are added to Player Level Rewards and Beta Variant Series Suit Level Rewards.

New rewards have been added to the War Chest.

Some menus and portions of the UI have been slightly adjusted.

– A button that displays Suit Details such as Active Skills and the like has been added to the Suit Status screen and Rig/Module screens.

– A function has been added to check the Modules attached to each Exosuit in the Suit Selection screen.

– A function has been added that lists the names and unlock requirements for awards currently equipped to award plates seen on the player list of the results screen, buddy player information, etc.

Bug Fixes & Balance Adjustments

Exosuit Adjustments

Exosuit: Krieger

  • Fixed a bug where Krieger’s Stunlock Missile would not inflict damage or paralyze small dinosaurs after a direct attack.

Exosuit: Witchdoctor

  • Fixed a bug on PlayStation®5 where the firing sound effects of ally Witchdoctor α players would continue to play.
  • Fixed a bug where Witchdoctor’s Feed would not properly restore energy after being used on a small dinosaur, which could lead to unintended issues.

Other

  • Fixed a bug where the Repairs EX medal could only be obtained with the recovery skill of either Witchdoctor or Witchdoctor α.
  • Fixed a bug where the High-End Skywave award could not be obtained with Skywave α.

Game Mode Adjustments

  • Adjustments have been made in Dino Survival so that Missions and Dino Swarms matching the story progression will more readily appear.
  • Adjustments have been made in Dino Survival so greater priority will be given to new fields based on story progression.
  • Adjustments have been made in Dino Survival to the matching rate of select missions that occur only in the story.
  • Bots will be equipped with modules based on the situation.
  • Restrictions will be placed on players who leave in the middle of a Savage Gauntlet.

– If a player leaves in the middle of the Savage Gauntlet, a restriction will be placed upon the next matching.
– If this restriction is active, a countdown timer will be displayed, during which, you will be unable to initiate Savage Gauntlet matching.
– Matching for a Savage Gauntlet will not start if a buddy member has a time limit.
– No restrictions will be placed upon you if you leave midway after another player has left.
– If the 5 players are buddies, there are no restrictions placed for leaving midway.

UI Adjustments

  • Fixed a bug where damage would sometimes be displayed incorrectly when a small dinosaur received multiple attacks in the same frame.
  • Typos in the game text have been fixed.Other smaller bugs have also been fixed.
