Why Is Fortnite Down Today?
Epic Games is pulling the servers temporarily for maintenance, and so a new patch can be released on all platforms at the same time.
While there is no mention of an actual schedule, the standard server maintenance for the game lasts from 2-3 hours usually. If anything changes, we’ll update the article to reflect it. Once the patch notes are out for the new title update, we’ll link to it in this article as well. You can check all our Fortnite stories in the battle royale’s game hub.
Once the servers are back up, we’ll update the article to reflect this, so sit tight.
