Four-Player Stardew Valley Multiplayer Teased, Creator “Can’t Wait to Share”
Late last year, it was announced that the Stardew Valley multiplayer beta had been delayed to “make room for polish and quality assurance.” Now it seems that the multiplayer is coming along nicely, with the creator tweeting about his hosting a four-player LAN party.
4-player Stardew Valley LAN party at my house… it’s really fun. It still needs some work, but the underlying network code is solid. Being in the same room and yelling at each other about what to do next, or if anyone has any stone, is great fun. Can’t wait to share this pic.twitter.com/Sjxyd712BK

He followed that up with news that he’s “finished with the new content and [has] shifted all [his] attention to getting multiplayer ready.”
