Sucker Punch Productions has released the Ghost of Tsushima update 2.09 (PS5 version 2.009) September 5 patch, and this is for fixes for both the Iki Island expansion, and the multiplayer mode, Legends.

Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is out now on PS4 and PS5, and includes the Iki Island expansion. The multiplayer mode, Legends, is available for all existing base game owners for free, and recently got a new “Rivals” update.
