God of War: Ascension Co-op Weapons DLC Released
After teasing us yesterday, Sony Santa Monica Studio has revealed today a whole new set of weapons for God of War: Ascension that are currently available for downloading.
So, what makes this weapon DLC any more special than the others? Well, Santa Monica has implemented even more co-op features and with these weapon,s you’ll be able to perform more than 10 different co-op moves. The video below gives an excellent demonstration of how these moves look.

Here’s a brief instruction from Santa Monica on how to perform these moves. Note that only one of the co-op partners need a co-op weapon to perform them.
- Equip one of the four Co-op Weapons
- Enter any Multiplayer Mode for God of War: Ascension
- Execute either your L1 Triangle or L1 Square special attacks
- Upon special attack execution, a Green Halo will appear over your Champion’s head
- Have a Teammate tether you when the Green Halo appears to begin the Co-op Move
