GTA 6 Is So Big Its Next Trailer Will Air on Netflix Later This Month
Grand Theft Auto 6 is, without a doubt, the biggest release of the year. Heck, it’s the biggest release of this generation.
I know this, you know this, everyone in the world knows this. It’s so big that its next trailer is being aired on Netflix!
Yes, you read that right: for the first time, a video game trailer/gameplay look or whatever Rockstar has cooked up will be streamed on Netflix, though it will be available on YouTube the same day, but at a later time.
GTA 6 to Stream “Extended Look” on Netflix
In the press release sent out by Take-Two Interactive, it mentions that the Grand Theft Auto 6: Extended Look will premiere on Netflix on Thursday, August 27, at 3 pm ET/12 nn PT. It will also air on Rockstar Games’ YouTube channel on August 27 at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT.
No other info was shared, but given the marketing push, this most likely means we’ll see actual gameplay — at least I hope it will.

In related news, analysts are saying GTA 6 just might make $80 the new standard for AAA games. If you’re hoping to get the game on the cheap by waiting on a secondhand copy, that will be a long while, as it’s reported that Take-Two has no intention of making a disc version at all.
GTA 6 is set for release on November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and there are pre-order bonuses available, which will be in-game items for the protagonists.
