GTA Online Down For Maintenance Later Today

If you’re hoping to unwind after a long day with some fun sessions of GTA Online later tonight, you will be in for a bit of disappointment.

Rockstar has just announced that, tonight, GTA Online will be down for maintenance beginning tonight at 6PM PST / 9PM EST and will hopefully be back up within a 24 hour period.

Nothing else was mentioned in the post, but hopefully this interruption of service will address some issues such as removing money gained via modders and other unwanted hacks that give players an unfair advantage.

Recently, Rockstar released a new patch that improves GTA Online’s anti-cheat measures and fixes several GTA$ and RP exploits.
