This is mentioned by the official Xbox support website, where it shows the following result if you search for “Xbox 360 Marketplace update:”
A number of game titles and associated add-ons will be removed from the Xbox 360 Marketplace in a select set of regions per title. These removals will start on February 7, 2023.
Once purchased, you can always redownload these games or any other previously purchased games from your Xbox 360 Download History

Mind, this could be an error from Microsoft’s part, but why would it be there if it was, no? That said, if the Xbox 360 Marketplace was indeed closing down by May, perhaps Microsoft should communicate this a wee bit more loudly.

Update: Microsoft has confirmed that this statement from the Xbox support site was made in error:
The Xbox 360 marketplace will not close in May 2023, a Microsoft spokesperson has confirmed to Gematsu. A listing stating it would close, which appears when searching for "Xbox 360 Markteplace" on the Xbox Support website, was posted in error. pic.twitter.com/NYL41C0pW5
