Halo Infinite Multiplayer Progression Fix “Top of the List” for 343 Industries

Despite the glowing reviews across players worldwide, there is no doubt that Halo Infinite is suffering a bit because of its multiplayer progression, which has been described by most of the playerbase as too grindy and stingy. That said, developer 343 Industries has addressed these issues, with Head of Design Jerry Hook taking to Twitter to state that the Halo Infinite multiplayer progression is at the “top of the list” of things that they will be tweaking first.

In a Twitter thread sharing his thoughts on an indie title called Len’s Island, Jerry Hook also mentioned that he is still playing Halo, stating that he is “feeling everyone’s pain on progression.”

Yes I am still playing Halo and feeling everyone’s pain on progression. We are back at it next week and this will be top of my list with the team.

343 Industries have already tried to implement a few changes in order to fix the slow multiplayer progression, but it’s apparent that those are not enough for a lot of players. It will be interesting to see what more they can do in order to please their growing playerbase, as the long-awaited single-player component heads ever closer to release.

In other Halo news, a physical copy of Halo Infinite has already been spotted online, more than a week ahead of the game’s official launch on December 8.
