Supermassive Games’ next episode in their horror series The Dark Pictures Anthology has been dated for an October release, but as early as now we have details on how big of a space it will take on your PlayStation 5 SSD and when you can start to pre-load it. As revealed on Twitter, The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes PS5 file size sits at 30.015 GB, and it will be available to pre-load on October 20, two days before its official release on October 22.

It’s worth noting that this file size does not take into account the Day One patch which sometimes comes mandatory with games. For those looking forward to playing the game day one on PlayStation 5, make sure that you save more than that space to make sure that you don’t encounter issues later on.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes is the third episode on the eponymous anthology series from Supermassive Games, best known for their work on Until Dawn. It is set to be released on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PCs on October 22.
