Supermassive Games has released the House of Ashes update 1.000.003 patch this October 27, and this seems to be for next-gen platforms only. Given the game’s nature, these are purely for bug fixes and whatnot, so don’t expect any new content — especially this soon.

Unfortunately, the developers have not commented on what the patch does just yet, though we suspect this is for optimization and fixes. Once we get wind of what’s new officially, we’ll be updating the post. The game’s community has not found anything tangible as well.
