Report: Lance Reddick Back at Work on Horizon Forbidden West, Could This Mean DLC?

Could we be getting Horizon Forbidden West DLC? It seems one of the game’s voice actors could have very well leaked it before the official announcement.

Over on Twitter, actor Lance Reddick, who plays Sylens in both Horizon Forbidden West and Horizon Zero Dawn, has posted (since deleted) short clip of him stating he’s “hard at work” in a session for the game.

You can also see that Reddick’s face has the dots used for motion capture and face rendering as well. Could this be work for the Horizon Forbidden West’s future expansion? I wouldn’t bet against that, as the game’s first installment, Horizon Zero Dawn, also got an expansion titled The Frozen Wilds.

If you haven’t played Horizon Forbidden West yet, go read our review here, where we state, “Higher quality side quests, combined with a main campaign that feels grander in scope, and is much better paced than the original make for a strong story, and the beautiful environments, combined with highly detailed character models and improved gameplay make this an early candidate for Game of the Year.”

Thanks,  throwmeaway1784!

Awesome game but Not fan of Lance, continued story & general layout. I guess it’s because kids need participation trophies nowadays. Capping character at level 50 was it? It’s more like FFXV. Easy to beat but Jesus the side quests take forever! I’m at 160hrs and still haven’t leveled up a handful of legendary items. Perhaps I should Great play on easy mode then go for NewGame+? Graphics on both platforms is amazing and not much different! Not for most people as eyesight declines with age. Game should be updated after install, as my partner had so many problems they stopped playing it period. They were some serious yet crazy bugs… Now game is near flawless. $ony is dumb if they remake 1st game. I think what I like most is the fact that our path in the real world could steer in that direction!
