Grasshopper Manufacture has released the Let It Die update 1.61 patch which brings the Winter Whiteout event, as well as Season 18 into the fold! Check out what’s new in the Let It Die January 17 update.

1. Snowcaps Are Back!
For a limited time, the Tower of Barbs is going to grow some unique mushrooms!
Event Period: 01/17/2022 (Post Maintenance) – 02/24/2022 02:00 (PST)
During the event period, “Bronze Snowcap”, “Silver Snowcap”, and “Golden Snowcap” mushrooms will appear in the Tower of Barbs!
These unique, seasonal ‘shrooms restore some weapon and equipment durability when eaten. A mysterious (yet extremely helpful) effect indeed!
2. Special Winter Quests Available!
Event Period: 01/17/2022 (Post Maintenance) – 02/24/2022 02:00 (PST)
During the event period, you can take on special quests that will reward you for collecting Snowcaps!
How to Receive Quests:
Head to the Waiting Room to enter the Fountain, then talk to Naomi Detox at the Hated Arcade counter or use the Superscope 703 to start the quests.
* You can request up to 10 quests at the same time.
*A quest will remain accepted until it is completed, canceled, or the event period ends.
*To remain eligible for quest rewards you must complete all quest conditions before the event period ends and without canceling the quest.
* Please do not remove the quests until you clear their conditions.

1. Obtain Special TDM Season 18 Rank Rewards!
Event Period: 01/17/2022 (Post Maintenance) – 03/28/2022 (Maintenance Start)
TDM Battle Rush Season 18 will end once maintenance begins on 03/28/2022.
At that time, your final TDM rank will be calculated and you may be eligible to receive a reward based on your rank!
Details on the maintenance times and rewards will be posted at a later date.

2. New Exclusive Equipment Blueprints Added to Lost Bags!
Event Period: 01/17/2022 (Post Maintenance) – TBD
After the 01/17/2022 maintenance period, players will have a chance to find new equipment blueprints inside Lost Bags (items received at random after successful Raids/Defenses in TDM)! Each of these returning pieces of equipment can be raised to the 4th tier. Try to obtain them all and test their destructive power for yourself!

3. Lost Bags: Available Blueprints Updated
Once Season 18 begins, the following equipment blueprints will no longer be available in Lost Bags.
- Striker Flail
- Kendo Mask
- Kendo Body
- Kendo Pants
4. TDM Battle Rush Season 18 Quests Starts
Event Period: 01/17/2022 (Post Maintenance) – 03/28/2022 (Maintenance Start)
Season 18 will feature seasonal quests that rotate on a weekly basis and also ones that require several weeks to complete. Stay tuned for more details in upcoming updates!
Quests can be accepted in the HATED ARCADE by talking to Naomi Detox, or by accessing the SUPER SCOPE 703 in the Waiting Room.
- You can accept up to 10 Quests at once.
- Please keep your Quests accepted until you fulfill all completion conditions.
= What is TDM Battle Rush? =
TDM Battle Rush is an exciting event where – based on the results of your invasions/defenses – your Rank will go up and down. You will receive a reward each week based on your rank, and based on your Final Rank at the end of the season lasting about 3 months, you could receive a super special reward!
