Lies of P Update 1.005.001 Released for PS5 Pro Enhancement

Those who own rogue-like game Lies of P on PS5, you should have gotten a file download today. This is a relatively small download, and this is primarily to bring added new graphical enhancements to the game for PS5 Pro owners.

We can confirm the patch is only for the PS5 version of the game, as even the PS4 version didn’t get patched. The only acknowledgement about this from the devs is the announcement today:

While not outlined yet, odds are this update should bring the game some much-needed frame pacing, and for the game’s Performance mode, better resolution. Once we know more about it, we’ll update the article with more info.

Expect a lot more PS5 games to get a PS5 Pro enhancement patch in the coming weeks and months, as more of these games get a performance bump thanks to the added horsepower of the PS5 Pro.

The PS5 Pro will be available this November 7.
