Marvel Rivals Captain America Gameplay Footage and Known Images of Unreleased Heroes Leak

While Marvel Rivals hasn’t even hit open beta state just yet, it seems players are already datamining the game’s recently-concluded closed beta test. One of the heroes unearthed is none other than The Avengers’ fearless leader, Captain America. Not only do we have our first look at Cap in the game, but there’s even a short gameplay clip of it as well.

As you can see, Captain America seems to have a team-up move with Thor that infuses his attacks with lightning, which we presume adds extra damage to it. Chances are, Cap will be another hero in the Vanguard class (tank), which fits perfectly in line with his shield.

Aside from Cap, there’s a slew of heroes incoming to the game and there are even images of these character in the game’s files, and even scattered throughout the game’s stages. For those who want each hero announcement to be a surprise, you might want to turn away now. If you don’t mind knowing in advance which hero is incoming, then read on.

Bear in mind that the heroes have not been announced officially, but given there are already references to them in the game, it’s only a matter of time before they are.

Marvel Rivals still has no release date locked just yet, and chances are, we’ll be getting an open beta to test the game’s servers before they launch it in full. Speaking of which, we managed to get some hands-on time with the closed beta, which you can read about here.
