Marvel’s Avengers Update 1.000.048 Patch Notes:

Update: Crystal Dynamics has released the official list of changes for patch version 2.6.1!

Crystal Dynamics has not mentioned anything about today’s patch just yet. However, there is a known issue that was listed as part of the big 2.6 patch released last month.

In addition to that, the studio had the following posted for last week’s roundup for updates:

Weekly Updates

  • The Cosmic Threat limited-time event continues! Earn Legendary and Exotic gear as you investigate trails of cosmic energy left by AIM’s experiments around the globe, until 10/13.
  • Behold, the might of Asgard! Playing as Thor this week earns you Triple XP!
  • From now until 10/13, earn Double Resources in all missions. Take advantage of this weekly bonus to help you earn the current specialty item in Shipments! (And Pro Tip: this bonus also stacks with your free Marketplace item this week – a 2 hr. Fragment Extractor.)
  • Players who log in before 10/8 will immediately receive a bundle of MCU-inspired Outfits, in celebration of our 2nd Anniversary! The bundle includes:
    • Iron Man’s Outfit inspired by Marvel Studios’ ‘Iron Man 2’
    • Thor’s Outfit inspired by Marvel Studios’ ‘Thor’
    • Captain America’s Outfit inspired by Marvel Studios’ ‘The Avengers’
    • One 7-Day Hero’s Catalyst
    • One 7-Day Fragment Extractor
  • Captain America’s new ‘Secret Empire’ Outfit remains the Shipments Specialty Item until 11/3. This Specialty Item is guaranteed on your 100th claim.

Once the official changelog is revealed, we’ll update the post accordingly.
