Microsoft Launches New Bing Feature Making Xbox Cloud Gaming Supported Titles Playable via Search

For those who use Bing as their preferred search engine of choice, Microsoft has launched a new feature wherein if you search for a game that’s supported by Xbox Cloud Gaming, you’ll see a “Play” button appear that lets you launch the game and play it on your web browser! Talk about synergy, right?

This shows up for Xbox Cloud Gaming supported titles. Here’s what it’ll look like if you search for “Forza Horizon 5” on Bing:

Note that this doesn’t seem to be available worldwide just yet, it seems. Hitting play will direct you to the Xbox Cloud site, which will then let you launch the game. For Forza Horizon 5, clicking play will lead you here. You can even see that the url for Forza even shows a “Bing” indicator stating that you came from Bing.

This is a nifty feature, which might increase engagements on some of the Xbox Cloud Gaming titles. Originally called Project xCloud, Xbox Cloud Gaming was launched in 2020, and is part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as a free feature for subscribers.
