For those playing Overwatch 2 on Xbox platforms (especially for first-timers), you might have encountered an issue where you’d get disconnected after earning an Achievement in the game. While no fix has been rolled out yet, Blizzard has, at the very least, mentioned that they are looking into this Overwatch 2 Xbox Achievement disconnect issue.
This was confirmed by the official Blizzard customer service Twitter page in a reply to a player:

Also of note, for those having issues logging in today and seeing slow or failed login attempts, Blizzard has confirmed that this is indeed happening to players right now, and they are looking into it.
We are aware of an issue that is affecting our authentication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.

It has not been the a very stable launch for Overwatch 2 so far. as issue after issue has been plaguing the game. Hopefully, most, if not all, will be sorted soon.
