MLB The Show 21 update 1.21 (PS5 version 1.021) has been released on all platforms by San Diego Studios today, which is a bit odd. Given that MLB The Show 22 got an update today for backend improvements, and baseball is an old sports title, don’t expect anything big from this title update.

San Diego Studio has not acknowledged the patch, which is kind of expected. Chances are, this title update is for backend improvements (just like today’s MLB The Show 22 patch), and no player-facing changes were made.
