In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0’s Season 1, Infinity Ward tucked away one of the new weapons — the M13B assault rifle — via Warzone’s DMZ mode. Players will not only have to play the mode in order to get the gun both in Warzone 2.0 and in MW2 multiplayer, but they need to defeat the Chemist as well, and exfil with the weapon in hand. Well, there seems to be another way to get it, and it’s a lot easier. Read on for this quick guide on how to obtain the Modern Warfare 2 M13B gun much faster and easier!
Modern Warfare 2: How to Get the M13B Easy:
It seems players do NOT need to defeat the Chemist to get the weapon, though they do need a teammate that has it unlocked already. If you do have a friend who has it, an easy method to get it for yourself is:
- Start a new DMZ match
- Immediately drop your M13B blueprint for your partner
- Exfil right away and this will unlock it for them without even needing to beat or even meet the Chemist!
This might be a bug, so best you jump on this as soon as possible, as Infinity Ward might patch this out. If you want to beat the Chemist the traditional way, head on over to the chemical circle in the map.
While it hasn’t been widely used just yet since it just became available today. the M13B weapon touts that it has a high fire rate and low recoil, which should be enticing for a lot of Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 players.
