Patch notes for the latest Modern Warfare 3 patches for Xbox 360 and PS3 have finally been released.

Thanks to MP1st reader Gav, here’s the fix list and trophies for patch 1.12, title update #12, for PlayStation 3:

PS3 Title Update 12, which weighs in at 27 MB, released on April 12th.

• Support for multiplayer map Blackbox and Spec Ops missions, Black Ice and Negotiator.
• Security fixes.
• Dead Silence/Sit Rep Pro functionality fix.
• PS3 countdown timer fix.
• Double Repear call in glitch fix.

Patch 1.12 also added the following trophies:

• Shotgun Diplomacy (Bronze) – Complete the Special Ops mission “Negotiator” on any difficulty.
• Not on My Watch (Silver) – Rescue all the hostages in the Special Ops mission “Negotiator.”
• Skilled Negotiator (Silver) – Complete the Special Ops mission “Negotiator” on Veteran difficulty.
• Slippery Slope (Bronze) – Complete the “Black Ice” Special Ops mission on any difficulty.
• A Baker’s Dozen (Silver) – Run over and kill 13 enemies with the snowmobile in the “Black Ice” Special Ops mission.
• Ice in Your Veins (Silver) – Complete the “Black Ice” Special Ops mission on Veteran difficulty.

Here are the notes for the latest Xbox 360 patch 1.13, which is 6 MB in size, released on April 10th:

• Support for Multiplayer maps, Foundation and Sanctuary, for Call of Duty Elite, which also received an update recently.
• Security fixes.
• Double Reaper call in glitch fix.

There was one out of sequence patch before TU13 that fixed the stat reverts/deranking issues. It’s worth noting that title update 12 on the 360 that went live along with Collection 1 only added compatibility for the maps and spec ops missions.
