If you’ve managed to get your hands on Mortal Kombat 11 early, or have started to play it today, you might have noticed that the game isn’t as generous with its rewards compared to past iterations of the franchise. More specifically, some people have complained that the Krypt and Tower of Time progression felt a little too stingy and grind-y.
Fortunately for us, NetherRealms Studios is listening! In a livestream for Mortal Kombat 11, NetherRealm addressed this Mortal Kombat 11 progression grind, and mentioned that a patch is coming “ASAP.”
We do have a fix coming out ASAP to address our players having those problems…to address balance, and to address the rewards you get for playing. – NetherRealm Studios on Mortal Kombat 11 progression
We don’t know when this fix or patch will actually drop. I mean, “ASAP” can mean today, tomorrow, next week, etc., but we’ll keep an eye out when it’s actively implemented for sure.
