2K has announced Season 7 of NBA 2K26, which will be available this Friday, May 15, with new content for MyCAREER, MyTEAM, The W Online, and the Pro Pass.
The season arrives alongside the start of the WNBA regular season and the important final part of the NBA playoffs, with Atlanta Dream star Angel Reese as the main face of the update.
NBA 2K26 Season 7 Brings Angel Reese, New Rewards, and NBA Playoff Content
In MyCAREER, players will continue building their legacy in The City with new season rewards, including the Dune Buggy vehicle at level 18, Moondog, the Cleveland Cavaliers mascot, at level 19, the Low Poly Baller at level 39, and the +1 Cap Breaker at level 40.
The Park will also bring back Rivet City Park from NBA 2K16, now remastered so players can continue winning games, control the industrial complex, and build their ways up the leaderboard.
Season 7 will also include updates for the other game modes. MyTEAM will feature Invincible, Dark Matter, and 100 OVR cards, including Angel Reese Invincible at level 1, Phil Jackson Dark Matter at level 28, and Michael Jordan G.O.A.T. at level 40.
The W Online will offer weekly rewards such as Gemini and Cancer tops and necklaces, a W Race helmet, an Atlanta Dream basketball, a team jersey card, and 5,000 VC.
Season 7 Pro Pass and Hall of Fame Pass will unlock 40 additional levels of premium content, with rewards such as the Cold Blooded Viper Mask, the After Hours outfit, a 100 OVR Stephen Curry card, the Hooper mascot, and a Michael Jordan G.O.A.T. card from the Pro Pass.
This follows the release of the NBA 2K26 Season 7 data through Update 1.020/1.09. The update has already been released on both last-gen and current-gen consoles, although the season itself will not officially begin until May 16.

If you still haven’t played the game and are thinking if it’s even worth buying, read our review where we gave it a score of 8.5 out of 10, stating, “While it would have been great to see some new modes or major revamps of some existing ones, NBA 2K26 instead focuses on polishing the existing gameplay.”
