Ahead of the March 3 release, Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo have announced that a second Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty demo will be available on February 24 on all platforms. Players will be able to transfer save data from the demo to the full game after launch, and completion of the demo will once again unlock the “Crouching Dragon Helmet” DLC in the full game.

While Team Ninja’s Nioh IP is often considered a Soulslike, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty’s combat brings a fluid, visceral style of combat much closer to FromSoftware’s Sekiro to a Three Kingdoms-era Chinese setting. Fans will be able to see for themselves when the second playable demo goes live on February 24 on PC (through Microsoft Store and Steam), PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
The new demo will be free to play on all platforms (Xbox Game Pass subscription not needed on Xbox/Microsoft Store), and progress will be carried over to the full game on release should players choose to buy it. Once again, players will also receive the “Crouching Dragon Helmet” cosmetic DLC in the full game if they play through the demo in time.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty launches March 3, 2023 on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One, with day-one access on Xbox Game Pass as well. Check out the one-minute gameplay trailer from last August, which showcases the game’s shinobi-style combat and mythological enemy NPCs.
