Here’s what EA NHL 22 Community Manager “Clappy” had to share regarding today’s title update:

A new #NHL22 patch will be rolled out on Wednesday, April 13th at 1 PM ET.

This patch is to fix various crashes that were occurring within franchise mode.

Yep, that seems to be it. We’re keeping an eye out on the game’s forums, and will update the post if more changes are mentioned. If you haven’t played the game in a while, there was a patch released two weeks ago that had the following changes:

1.6.0 Patch Notes:

  • Added UBS Arena, home of the New York Islanders into the game
  • Fixed multiple cases where the puck was accelerating off the boards at unrealistic speeds and angles
  • Fixed the Nashville Predators Stadium Series uniforms to have white numbers on the back of their uniforms

Once a new NHL 22 patch is out, we’ll be sure to let our readers know.
