Blizzard has announced the first Overwatch 2 event of 2023, and it’s the Battle for Olympus event! Kicking off this January 5 and running until January 19, the OW2 Battle for Olympus event will bring new cosmetics to earn alongside a new mode.

Introducing Battle for Olympus, a free-for-all deathmatch mode featuring 7 of your favorite Heroes with reimagined abilities that channel the power of the Gods!

Stay on the lookout for our global leaderboard, where we’ll be tallying eliminations from each of the Heroes throughout the event! The Hero with the most eliminations will be honored with a statue in Ilios!

The battle runs Jan 5 thru Jan 19.
