The latest content drop for Rainbow Six Siege has been revealed, and it’s called Split Fire. The Year 11 Season 3 update will bring a new operator in Noor,

While there is no new map rework, there are weapon and operator balancing changes incoming, as well as a new event and more.

Horus Lance Launcher

Noor is designed specifically to counter Shield Operators, disrupting pushes and giving Defenders stronger area and plant denial.

His Horus Lance Launcher fires 5 projectiles that:

  • Pierce shields and destructible surfaces.
  • Explode into flames after piercing.
  • Can travel through floors and ceilings.
  • Can be fired from adjacent rooms.
  • Can target devices such as Castle’s Armor Panels and Azami’s Kiba Barriers.

Alongside the new operator, other additions and changes are being made.

  • Kali Balancing
    • CSRX 300 gets new 3.5x and 8x magnification options.
    • Reduced weapon pump time.
    • Increased magazine capacity.
    • LV Explosive Lance activation no longer interrupts ADS or leaning.
    • Overall goal is to make Kali more agile and responsive.
  • Dokkaebi Changes
    • Jegeo Payload now requires a continuous connection to complete.
    • The upload can be interrupted, creating counterplay for IQ, Mute, and Solis.
    • Impact EMP Grenades replaced with Breach Charges.
  • Other Balance Changes
    • Lion: Reduced Scan warning time.
    • Echo: Sonic Burst recharges faster.
    • Kapkan: Trap damage increased from 60 → 62 HP.
    • Claymore: Damage increased from 150 → 155 HP.
  • Villa Targeted Map Update
    • Living Room/Library bomb site moved to the basement.
    • Permanent layout changes aim to create alternative objectives and more defensive site options.
  • Modernized Maps
    • Stadium Alpha, Stadium Bravo, and House receive visual improvements.
    • Shooting Range and Tutorials also receive visual updates.
  • New 3v3 Arcade Mode
    • Builds on the previous 1v1 Arcade mode.
    • Uses smaller teams and faster matches while retaining Siege’s tactical gameplay.
  • Wasteland Circuit Event
    • Limited-time drone racing event.
    • Players race drones through custom tracks featuring obstacles, shortcuts, and high-speed challenges.
  • Doktor’s Curse Returns
    • Halloween event returns later in the season.
    • Mute, Grim, and Hibana join the roster of playable Operators.
  • Overall Focus
    • Operation Split Fire emphasizes competitive integrity, skill, mastery, counterplay, and player feedback.
