Razer Raptor 27 Refreshes on the Original With Better Specs

Two year’s ago, Razer released the Raptor 27, their first PC monitor ever. It bolstered a beautiful display and design and came with a handful of awesome features, such as 144hz refresh rate. Well, as part of their E3 press conference, the company has unveiled a new version of the Raptor 27, featuring improved specs, as well as being the first monitor to be THX Certification.

The Raptor 27 will be releasing in Q3 of 2021 at a suggested retailer price of $799.99. Some of the highlighted specs include:

  • THX Certification to provide stunning colors and details.
  • 165Hz display and 1ms response time.
  • QHD (2560×1440) resolution
  • Support for both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync adaptive synchronization technology.
  • Features Razer Chroma RGB lighting, for up to 16.8 million colors and a variety of lighting effects, which can be synchronized with other Synapse 3 compatible devices.
  • Support for VESA compatibility via Raptor VESA adapter (sold separately for $99.99).
