Red Dead Redemption PC Version Rides Out Oct. 29; Features and Screenshots Revealed
It looks like the PlayStation Network Store leak from a few months ago was the real deal, as Rockstar Games has today announced the Red Dead Redemption PC version, and it’s set to be released this October 29.
This comes with the Undead Nightmare expansion, and releases in time for Halloween! Read on for the features, screenshots and other info.
Features:
- Native 4K resolution and beyond at up to 144hz on supported hardware
- Monitor support for both Ultrawide (21:9) and Super Ultrawide (32:9)
- Full keyboard and mouse support
- Upscaling technologies support for Nvidia DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0
- Nvidia DLSS Frame Generation
- Adjustable draw distances, shadow quality settings, and more
This PC port is being developed by Double Eleven, and we’re hoping this will be bug-free come launch.
For those not familiar with the game, Red Dead Redemption is the first game in the franchise that debuted way back in 2010 on the PS3 and Xbox 360. It won multiple awards, and is still considered one of the best Western games of all-time, and only bested by its sequel, Red Dead Redemption 2.
