Checking in with the Redditstatus site, it states the following:
Identified – We’ve identified an internal systems issue and are working to determine a fix.
Mar 14, 2023 – 12:56 PDTInvestigating – Reddit is currently offline. We’re working to identify the issue.

Of note, this is the second time the platform has seen downtime, as there was also a server issue back on Feb. 21.
