A Dragon’s Dogma 2 release date has potentially been leaked following Capcom’s announcement of a showcase for the game set to air on November 28. The showcase will show off more of the team’s upcoming sequel to the 2012 classic action RPG and will feature commentary from the game’s director and producer.

A rating for the game posted on the official PEGI website, which has now been removed, showed a release date of March 22, 2024. While the rating is no longer available, it can be seen in this tweet from Wario64:

This followed an announcement from Capcom that a Dragon’s Dogma 2 showcase would take place on November 28. A teaser for the showcase can be seen below:

From the teaser itself, we can see brief glimpses of different combat styles, menacing foes, a cozy town, and of course, dragons. We’ve already seen a fair bit of gameplay for the upcoming game, so we’re looking forward to discovering something new in this showcase.

The showcase, which will air at 1pm PST/4pm EST/5am HKT is set to feature roughly 15 minutes of footage. Game director Hideaki Itsuno and producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi will present, delivering new information and gameplay to fans. Given the potential leak of the release date, it’s possible that we’ll also receive an official announcement of the game’s launch during the showcase itself.
