Possibly one of the worst kept secrets is finally official now, as the Returnal PC version has now been officially announced at The Game Awards!

Shown off with a short trailer, Returnal will hit PCs sometime in “early 2023,” though no specific month or date was given. 

Don’t forget, PC footage of the game showing the options and other stuff leaked back in September, so this announcement isn’t all that of a surprise, though one that’s still appreciated.
