Rocket League Season 3 Starts April 7, Here’s What to Expect

Psyonix is launching a new season of Rocket League very soon! The Rocket League Season 3 start date has been announced for April 7, and NASCAR and Formula 1 are entering the arena. Check out the trailer and details below.

There will be a Formula 1, and a NASCAR bundle available for Season 3 (sold separately). with the cars showcased in the trailer. There’s also a new car incoming called the “Tyranno” as well as a new Rocket Pass, which will be revealed next week.

There’s also an arena redesign incoming as well according to Psyonix:

Prepare to take in the sights and sounds of race day in the newly redesigned DFH Stadium (Circuit). The classic Arena has been outfitted with a track and all the pageantry found trackside during a championship Sunday. DFH Stadium (Circuit) will be added to the Casual and Competitive Playlists, and will be available for Private Matches and Freeplay at the start of Season 3.

The actual game update will roll out on April 6 at 4 p.m. PDT/7 p.m. EDT (11 a.m. UTC). Once Season 3 begins, new Competitive Tournament Rewards will be introduced, while Season 2 Rewards will be granted once Season 3 goes live.
