Summary of the trailer:

• Gang Wars: Core of the Max Payne 3 Multiplayer. Goal is to take over rival gang turf.
• Pieces from story are used as the basis of Gang war.
• In total there are five chapters, and will feature 1 of 10 game types
• Vendetta is a awarded after two deaths from the same person. This will reveal their location, which if you kill them you’ll get bonus XP. If they kill you then they will be rewarded the bonus.
• Sneaky- Tricks enemies into thinking your teammate is one of their own.
• Trigger Happy – Gives more ammo/bullet damage.
• Crews – Public or private crews can be created. Allows customization.
• Crew feud – allows you to battle other crews.
