Sharkmob Games New Game Debuting at The Game Awards

Sharkmob Games, the studio behind Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt, has announced that they will be debuting their new game on December 7 at The Game Awards.

Sharkmob is developing a new game with Level Infinite doing the publishing duties. This news came today via YouTube announcement, with a warning of an impending storm.

There’s not much to go on from the video outside of that short teaser, but they did confirm that they’ll announce the new game next week during The Game Awards show. 

Sharkmob previously worked on Bloodhunt, a battle royale set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe. Sadly, support for content ended earlier this year, though the servers have remained active, maintaining a small active player base. 

I found the game to be pretty fun, though it being a battle royal in a very crowded market probably didn’t help it much, as many were, and still are, invested in other offerings at the time. 

This will be the studio’s second game, with a  third in development that is also currently unannounced. We likely won’t hear about that one for a while, as the focus will be on this new game.
