The Division 2 Down on Xbox One, Shows Error Bravo 09, Here’s a Quick Fix

the division title update 6 patch notes

If you’re an Xbox One gamer, and you suddenly can’t connect to The Division 2, or can’t log in, it’s not you, but it seems to be an issue with Xbox Live. Multiple players have reported  issues and that it’s The Division 2 down time.

Update (1/18/2020): If Google brought you here, this is the latest update on The Division 2 servers.

According to users, they’re getting error “Bravo 09,” which seems to be a common issue with the game. Over on The Division 2 subreddit, some users have reported on how to fix it, though it’s not guaranteed to work 100 percent.

Here’s what user TightAustinite had to say regarding how he fixed his problem:

I find if you just launch anything else that requires Gold/internet, like Amazon Prime to the dashboard, then flip back over to the game it works.

Saves time by not having to fully reload the game.

User energized had this to say:

Went to twitch, then switched back to Division, weird animation came up that said “Downloading patch update” less than 5 seconds, then it reloads the game normally!

Based on the feedback, it’s more of an issue with Xbox Live than with Ubisoft’s servers. Checking the Xbox Live status page, it mentions there are issues (tags it as “Limited”) when it comes to “Purchase and Content Usage – Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases.” Other than that, it’s working as intended — at least on the status page.

For those affected, did you buy anything  in The Division 2 in-game? Perhaps this is what’s causing the issue. Once we know more, we’ll update the post.
